This August, come down to the event of the summer - the Nanaimo Blues Festival.

This four day event will be held on the scenic waterfront at Maffeo Sutton Park from Thursday, August 23rd to Sunday, August 26th.

The 2018 Nanaimo Blues Festival features great artists such as:

• Paul Deslauriers Band (2017 and 2018 Maple Blues Entertainer of the year)

• David Vest (one of the foremost piano keyboard players in Canada)

• Blue Moon Marquee (creators of the gypsy blues genre; currently touring in Europe)

• David Gogo (recipient of multiple Maple Blues Awards and multiple Juno nominations)

• Layla Zoe  (local musician now based in Europe)

There will be food trucks, an artisan village, and a fully open liquor serving area so you can walk around the event with your drink.

Early bird weekend passes and individual day passes are available online.
