For the fifth straight day, there have been no new deaths from COVID-19 in BC. The Provincial Health Officer has also declared several outbreaks over.
BC Ferries has announced, starting on June the 15th, it will require all passengers over the age of 2 to wear masks on ferry trips that are longer than 30 minutes but only when physical distancing is not possible.
The City of Nanaimo's animal pound and adoption centre does not meet basic national standards for animals in shelters and a consultant's report is recommending a renovation.
