o explore the diversity in our community and meet other local residents and business people who have the same vision as you;

o examine assumptions, stereotyping, and privilege;

o become better prepared to address discrimination on the spot

o learn practical steps to creating welcoming & inclusive workplace environments

o share your ideas related to diversity and inclusion.
