2012 Summer Concert Series Announcement

July 4, 2012 – The Nanaimo Summer Concert Series is back and it’s free!  Nanaimo Parks, Recreation & Culture has once again gathered talented local musicians to entertain you and your family every Wednesday evening for July and August.

This free concert series begins July 11th at the Bowen Park Amphitheatre near the duck pond. August concerts will be held at Maffeo Sutton Park bandshell.  Performances run every Wednesday evening 6:00-7:30pm. Each concert is family friendly with some performances being specifically geared for little people.

The community can look forward to performances by Shelley Bean and the Duckety Muds, Panache!, Buckman Coe, Trinitude, Rio Samaya, West My Friend, The Knights of Camelot, and TerraZetto.
