Lazy Mike and the Rockin’ Recliners have been ROCKIN’ the Island since 2007 with appearances at many Blues Festivals including the “Vancouver Island Blues Bash” in Victoria and “Summertime Blues” in Nanaimo, plus many other Fairs, Pubs, and Clubs all over the Island and into the BC Interior.  This year of 2012, the band will be playing at the “Summer Street Dance” in Hedley BC,  the “Sky High Blues Festival” in Rock Creek BC, the “Nanaimo Marine Festival” and “Blues in the Park” in Nanaimo BC, just to name a few.

 With the release of their CD “Life’s Been Pretty Good” in June of 2010 to enthusiastic fans everywhere, the band is poised for bigger and better things as they ready themselves for a BC Tour this Summer and recording their next CD of original Rockin’ Blues.

Band members are “Lazy” Mike Mallon~Vocals & Harmonica, Al Medcalf~Guitar & Vocals, Bob “Blue” Berry ~Bass & Vocals, and Pat Hetu~Drums & Vocals.
