The New Colors is a four-piece rock band from Victoria, BC. Drawing inspiration from anything that stimulates progressive thought patterns, The New Colors provide a healthy serving of retro-grunge rhythms carried by driving drumlines and topped off with a unique fusion of psychedelic blues. Lyrically provocative and vocally mesmerizing, frontman Scawt Polachuk is a physical embodiment of pure musical passion. Supported by the crunchy textures of rhythm guitarist Brandon Brown, fueled by the smooth melodies of bassist Tyler Swagar, and brought to life by drummer Brad Schaaf’s extraordinary transitions from classic jazzy beats to powerhouse percussion, The New Colors offer a brand new experience often described as “what would happen if Jimi Hendrix and the Doors played music sung by Kurt Cobain, written by a sarcastic Socrates and arranged by John Lennon after a ten-day diet consisting of LSD and coconuts”.
A mixture off electro synth pop to catchy upbeat pop/rock the band is made up of Cole Croft (Guitar/vocals) and Nathan rice (drums/back up)
The collaborative effort of three talented young musicians out of Nanaimo BC, The Distributors have been playing together for 6 months and are extremely proud of the progress they have made in that short time. Their originals are a tasty hard-rock cocktail with flavors reminiscent of great classics such as Heart, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. This bands gonna make you groove gonna make you sweat; come be a part of their inaugural first year and be sure to track the progress of these rising stars!
Ray Baird – Lead Guitar / Grant Baird – Drums / Drew Slamon – Lead Vocals / David Buchanan – Bass

Formed in 2008, The Magyars are an intense, aggressive trio that takes the beautiful melodic pop of The Beatles, crooned by Dean Martin on meth, attaches it to a super charged Pixie, and blasts it into hell. Massive riffs, scorching tempos, and a huge sound erupt when the Magyars take the stage. Mat Falvai’s huge voice and psychotically blistering guitar, Ryan Abbots bouncing melodic punky basslines, and Brad Woods monstrous machine gun drumming propel The Magyars sound into the nuclear age at the speed of light, melting everything in their path.
